Birth Well is a Mullumbimby based midwifery and doula service for pregnant/birthing women and their partners. The service area includes Byron Bay, Ballina, Lismore, Mullumbimby, Murwillumbah, Tweed Heads and Gold Coast.

Marion Buchner is a German-born, registered midwife, doula and advanced craniosacral practitioner, offering private homebirth services, as well as pregnancy and birth support with love, passion and understanding.

In my role as a midwife I provide privately funded antenatal, labour/birth and postnatal care in the privacy of your home incl. waterbirth, lotus birth, breastfeeding support and newborn care.

In my role as a doula I provide professional pregnancy, labour/birth and postnatal support services in hospital or birth centre. While I believe that natural birth is best for mother and baby, I know that sometimes an intervention can help to keep a birth positive and safe with a good outcome. I am experienced in supporting lotus birth, waterbirth, VBAC and caesarean birth.

Birth is an important event in a woman's and her baby's life.
It is vital for every pregnant woman to know about her birthing options and make choices with awareness.
